The final trials of the latest iteration of the new Historic Graves recording app, developed under SECreTour, have been taking place in the graveyard in North Abbey, Youghal, Co Cork. North Abbey has been in use as a graveyard since the 18th century but was originally the site of a Dominican friary. Testing the new front and side lit flash photography on the 18th iconography and inscriptions yielded some great results.
